Better 5K Camp 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

You can run a 5K. Now let’s run one stronger!

Our 10-Week Better 5K Camp is designed for runners who already have a 5K foundation and want to stay consistent, build endurance, improve pacing, get stronger, and maybe even chase a new PR!

Whether you just graduated from our Beginner 5K Camp or you’re an experienced runner looking for a structured training group, this camp is for you.
